Travail aims to eliminate this problem; The business contact is managed seamlessly so that they don’t have to keep multiple mobile phones or multiple sim cards. This application also eliminates the need for sharing the personal contact number or any personal details as well. Travail is a mobile application for the Android and iOS platforms. In the application each user is assigned a unique alpha-numeric business number which can be used to contact them. Business hours can be set in the application and the user will receive calls only during those hours. Automatic responses can be given out during other hours. Users can also specify to the application to be snoozed when they are at home or during vacations. With the addition of many such features like support for text messages, video calls, conference calls, smart queuing system, appointment scheduling, NFC contact sharing, subsequently that will give the ability to manage the business contact of a person seamlessly, which we find it as an exciting prospect. The business model is SaaS where we charge users a monthly subscription fee depending upon their requirements.
